Bought two sunglasses, one arrived broken, no reply for a month

I ordered from sendyshades.com. It was a deal where you buy one pair of sunglasses and get the second free. So I paid for one. The one I paid for showed up broken.

I tried emailing them at that shopify email address they had. Did that many times over about a month. Not one reply. I just want my money back or a replacement but nobody will answer me. Lost $56.
