Won a giveaway but had to pay shipping and nothing came

I got a message saying I won a giveaway from them and they gave me a code that actually worked for a discount or whatever. But then when I tried to get the prize they said I had to pay for shipping. So I paid it but then nothing ever showed up. Their website is SendyShades.com and it was only made in 2023 and there is no about us page or anything. I looked around and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing, they paid the shipping fee too and never got the product. The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number was (716) 329-8650. I didn't lose any money technically but it still felt off.
