Ordered a chair four months ago and never got it

I ordered a swivel chair from Sensura back in October. That was four months ago now and I still haven't received anything.

I've tried contacting the company multiple times to just get my money back. It was sixty dollars. But I haven't gotten a single response from them. No reply, nothing.
