Bought something online that was totally different from the ad

I ordered something from Sentdreams.com and what showed up was nothing like what they advertised. Size, quality, variety, everything was different. Not even close. I checked Amazon after and found the same kind of item for $8 Canadian and they charged me over $60.

I've been emailing their support team back and forth. [email protected] is the email I used. Sent a bunch of messages and it's just been frustrating. They haven't fixed it or done anything. Looked up their company online and saw tons of other people with the same problem. They are not ethical at all. Just keeps happening.
