Ordered clothes over a month ago and still nothing

I ordered from sentralofficial.net back in like, I don't know, 50 days ago or something. They took my money, $39.94, and I still haven't gotten my clothes. The website says they sell clothing so I placed an order.

Every time I email them at [email protected], the support person just says the same thing. They tell me it will ship in 1 to 3 days and then arrive in 14 to 15 business days. But it's been way longer than that. They just keep saying that over and over. No tracking number, no package, nothing. Their address is 3400 Cottage Way Ste G2 in Sacramento but I don't even know if that's real. I just want my order or my money back.
