Paid for a wood surfacing tool and never got it

I found a wood surfacing tool on marketplace and sent the money through that website sentwill.com. It was $23.68. I never got the tool. Nothing showed up.

I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody ever replied back. It just felt off after I paid because they went silent. No tracking number, no nothing. Just took my money.

I don't know who actually runs this site. There's no real company name on anything. Just the website and that email.
