Ordered a grill online and got an empty envelope instead
What showed up was an 8 oz. envelope with a yellow piece of blank paper inside. The USPS tracking number for the grill was on the envelope but there was no grill. I tried calling the customer service numbers on their website and on my bank card statement but nobody ever picks up. It just rings and rings.
This is a scam. I already reported it to my bank to dispute the charge. Their website is serarycookware.com and their address they gave is 8403 Porcupine Drive, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Email is [email protected]. Just beware.
