Facebook ad for cookware set that never showed up

I ordered a cookware set from Seravie after seeing it on Facebook. It said it was delivered June 19 but there was no picture of where they left it. I asked them for a picture or a refund and they just will not respond to me. I paid 69 dollars for this. Their website is Seravie and their email is [email protected]. I do not know what else to do.
