Ordered a hair steamer twice, no item and no refund

I made two purchases on the same day 4/3/2026 for a hair and facial steamer from their site. It’s been over a month now and nothing showed up. I emailed them at [email protected] and tried calling the number on the site but nobody picks up.

The customer service finally wrote back but they just kept saying stuff that didn’t answer my question. They won’t give me a refund. I spent $102.87 total and I just want my money back or the item. The website is sereinhair.com and their address says Buffalo, NY 14221 but I don’t know if that’s real.
