Ordered hair product in April and never got it

I bought something from this company back in April. They charged me $49.99. It said it shipped May 4 then there was a failed delivery on May 26. After that the package just got lost in early June.

I emailed them at [email protected] and tried calling the number on the website (415) 323-6145 but nobody ever picked up. No reply to my emails either. Their address is in Buffalo, NY 14221.

So I'm out the money and never got what I paid for.

Tracking said they tried to deliver but needed my address clarification

I ordered something from Sereinhair.com and paid $49. Then when I tracked the package it said they tried to deliver but needed clarification on my address. My address is correct though. I have a doorbell camera and they never even tried to deliver.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The website is Sereinhair.com and the phone number they had was (415) 323-6145. I dont know what else to do. They took my money and nothing shows up.

Ordered a curling iron and never got it

I ordered a curling iron from them and it never showed up. They told me it couldn’t be delivered. That’s it. No explanation why. I paid $49.99 and got nothing.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had was (415) 323-6145 but I don’t even know if that’s real. They’re supposedly in Buffalo, NY 14221 but I’m not sure about that either.

Just a waste of money. I still don’t have the curling iron.
