Ordered a hair steamer and they stopped replying after I asked for a refund

I placed an order on 4/3/26 for a 2 in 1 Hair Steamer. It was $49.99 but with everything it came to $52.88 total. My confirmation number is QD5ZMXV2N and my order number is #5105.

After I placed the order it just never showed up. I started emailing them at [email protected] and a person named Camille Serein was answering me at first. Then after 5/5/26 she just stopped replying to my emails completely. I asked for a refund and now they are saying the order is lost. I looked around and saw other people are having the same problem getting their money back.

I just want people to know what happened. This feels like a scam.
