Ordered a grill, never got it, and the tracking was fake

I ordered a grill from sereniasupply.com. I never got a receipt. The only confirmation I got was from [email protected], and it didn't even mention the grill, just said something was being shipped. I tried emailing their customer service at [email protected] and got no answer.

Three days later they sent me a tracking number and a link to "Track718.us/en". It was all fake. Nothing worked. I had to contact my credit card company about the fraud. I lost over a hundred dollars.
