Ordered a doll from Service.com, never got it and no one replies

I bought a silicone baby doll on Service.com. My order number is XY2387388239YA and they gave a tracking number 129430-1826249, but neither one works or exists. The site said it was delivered on February 16, 2026, but I never got any package.

I've emailed their customer service at [email protected] about ten times now. No one ever writes back. They don't even have a phone number you can call.

I'm out $46.95 and I have nothing to show for it.
