Paid for products but got an empty box with tissue paper inside
I reached out to them right away and they basically told me tough luck because I didn't contact them fast enough. I don't even know how that makes sense since I contacted them as soon as I got the box.
It's just mind boggling that someone would send out an empty box and be okay with that. I never got my products or my money back.
