Website charged me a tariff fee they never mentioned

I bought jewelry from the website Shanijacobi.com. Nowhere on the site did it say I'd be responsible for paying a tariff. They only told me about it after I'd already placed my order and the charge came through.

I paid $21.90 for this tariff fee they never warned me about. The website needs to clearly state this information before someone places an order, not after.

For a resolution, I want the company to refund me the $21.90 tariff I paid. And they need to put the information about tariffs clearly on their website before the checkout.
