Ordered from a site claiming to be US-based, got cheap product from China

I saw the website shapdwear.com. It claimed to be a company based in New York and said the product was made in the US. That's why I placed an order and paid $49.

The product shipped from China. When I got it, it wasn't the same product shown online at all. It was a very cheap and completely different style. The whole thing felt off.
