Ordered in February, still no product and they won't give a refund
I've emailed them three times now. Every time they just say they'll "look into it." They also said if I want to cancel, they'll charge me a 15% fee for reshelfing. I don't think that's right when they never sent the item.
They won't fix this. I'm not getting my product and they won't give my money back either.
Ordered gel bras, got foam ones instead and can't get a real refund
I contacted Shapecurve to say I wasn't happy and wanted to return them for my money back. They offered me 10% of my $57, saying it costs too much to mail back internationally and I'd have to pay for it. After going back and forth for days, they only came up to 30%. That's not a refund.
We did a reverse image search on their photos and found out they stole other people's reviews and pictures from other sites. We found another warehouse linked to this Jerry YASFBARA person, and they're part of brushing scams. They use different names like shapecurve, Shape-curve, or curve-curvy. It's all a scam.
