Ordered gel bras, got foam ones instead and can't get a real refund

I bought Gel Bras from Shape-curve. When the package finally showed up, the sender was some Jerry YASFBARA from California. The bras weren't gel at all, they were just foam.
I contacted Shapecurve to say I wasn't happy and wanted to return them for my money back. They offered me 10% of my $57, saying it costs too much to mail back internationally and I'd have to pay for it. After going back and forth for days, they only came up to 30%. That's not a refund.
We did a reverse image search on their photos and found out they stole other people's reviews and pictures from other sites. We found another warehouse linked to this Jerry YASFBARA person, and they're part of brushing scams. They use different names like shapecurve, Shape-curve, or curve-curvy. It's all a scam.
