Ordered from shape-curve.com in January and never got my items
Still no reply. So I called my credit card company and filed the dispute. It was about two hours later that I finally got an email from them. They asked me to stop the dispute and said they would mail the items. I didn't cancel my complaint. The timing felt off, responding only after I filed.
Paid for next day shipping, never got my pants or a refund
They finally replied last week and said they were sending it out immediately. It still hasn't shipped. They kept saying they're sending it unless I want a refund. So I said fine, give me my money back. Now they keep emailing me asking "if you're sure you want a refund" over and over. Just give me my money.
Bought shape wear that wasn't right and can't return it
What I got was less than ideal shape wear. It wasn't right. When I tried to return it, I got the complete run around. I emailed [email protected] about a return and just got nowhere. It felt like a scam.
