Ordered from shapecurve.com and never got a confirmation, money was taken

I placed an order with shapecurve.com and never got any confirmation for my purchase. The money came right out of my daughter's account, though. It said the transaction was in California, but the address they list is in China. The phone number is in China, too.

Since this happened, I've read a lot of bad reviews about this seller. It just doesn't make sense. Please be aware of this.
