Ordered bras with special support strips, got cheap ones instead

I ordered some bras from shapedly.com after seeing their listing. It clearly advertised bras with “4-Layer 360° Jelly Strips offering stay-put Support & Lift.” That’s what I paid for.

The bras I got are completely different. They don’t have those support layers at all. The construction is nothing like the pictures. It’s just poor, poor quality. I feel like I got scammed.

I contacted their customer service at [email protected] about it. They said the best they could do was give me 20% off a new purchase. That’s no help. I paid over $54 for the product that was advertised, not for this cheap version they sent me.
