Ordered clothes in April and still no refund after nine weeks
I ordered clothing back in April from shapedly.com. The tracking showed it was held up for two weeks in my own state, just sitting there. Then they told me it was lost, then undeliverable, then lost again, then undeliverable, and now they say it's destroyed.
I have been asking for a refund for nine weeks now. Nothing. Not a cent. I lost $40.00 on this. Now they emailed me saying I could re-order but I have to pay for shipping all over again. That doesn't make any sense. I already paid once. Their email is [email protected].
