Quilted bedding turned out to be just a picture on fabric

I ordered quilted bedding from Sharphyy.com because it looked nice and they said 100% refund guarantee if you're not happy. When it showed up it wasn't quilted at all, just an image printed on the material. Felt like a total ripoff.

I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a refund like they promised. They just said no and stopped answering me. So I called my credit card company and put the charges in dispute for $72.09. They're looking into it now but I'm still out the money.
