Letter about a trademark with a Canadian address that seems off

I got this letter in the mail about my trademark. It looked official enough but something felt strange right away. The address on it was Shaw Tower 1077 W Cordova Street in Vancouver BC Canada.

It was a phishing thing I guess. They were trying to get me to pay for something or give info. I didn't lose any money because I didn't fall for it but it still bothers me that they sent it.

The whole thing just didn't make sense. No company name on the letter that I could really trust. Just that Canadian address. Seemed like a scam to me.
