Ordered from SheCurve, no order shows on their site and no one responds
I placed an order on the SheCurve website on January 30th. Their site said it would ship in 2 to 3 business days. On my shipping app, it just shows waiting for details. But when I actually go into their direct website and check my account, it says I have no orders.
I’ve emailed them 2 or 3 times now. I even tried the chat option on the website. No response. No help at all. I saw there are multiple complaints about them, and there’s no actual phone number you can call.
I already filed a dispute with my credit card company. The whole thing just feels off.

Paid for bras from Shecurve, got nothing but auto-replies
I paid $61.55 for two bras from shecurve.com. All I got was a payment confirmation. That was it.
Almost a month later, I emailed their support asking for an update. I got a generic auto-response saying to expect 15-20 business days for shipping. I waited a whole month after that and emailed again. Got the exact same auto-reply. No updates, no tracking, nothing.
They definitely took my money. I never got the bras.

Ordered bras that got sent back, now I can't get my money
I ordered two bras on December 24th. They got shipped to my PO Box, but because my street address is long, the PO number got cut off on the label. So the package got sent back to them.
The tracking information hasn't changed since January 14th. I contacted customer support and they just say their logistics director is working on it. I don't even want the bras anymore, I just want my money back.
