Package from Shein I never ordered showed up at my school mail
The address on it says 245 paterson plan road, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. I don't know why this came to me or how they got my school address. I didn't lose any money but its still strange getting something you never ordered.
Shein uses a carrier that loses packages and no one can help
They lose so many packages and there is no resolution at all. Shein hires outside contractors and doesn't even have information on them or track them. These people can basically just come pick up packages and never deliver them or come back to the facility. Nobody tells the customer anything and the package is just gone forever. Shein can't even get in touch with them either.
I tried calling (949) 667-6769 and went to shein.com but nothing got fixed. The address on this is 10800 Ambassador Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63132. I also saw an email [email protected]. I lost $0 but my package is just gone and nobody will help.
Told to pick three gifts then they changed it
Then I talked to SHEIN and now they're saying it's something completely different, that I can only participate in a flash sale on the weekend to buy something. I took a picture of what they sent me that got me to make that purchase in the first place.
Businesses shouldn't be allowed to operate with false advertising like this.
Ordered clothes but got random items and no return label

I contacted SHEIN customer service about it. Their solution was for me to "apply to ship the product back for a refund." I'm not going to apply for a refund when they're the ones who messed up, or more likely, just scammed me.
The shipping carrier, Piggyship, has a customer service number listed: (1)6263623730. It goes straight to a voicemail that's full, which is no surprise. I've included a photo of the single, wrong item I received instead of my package.
Ordered dumbbells from Shein, never got them, and they won't help
When I contacted Shein, they said the tracking showed delivered so they couldn't do anything. I had to go to the post office myself to check. They told me the packages were delivered to two completely wrong addresses. The labels had my name but these other addresses. I shared all that proof with Shein customer service.
Their stance stayed the same. They just wouldn't help. I even submitted something with BBB.org before but I didn't actually file a complaint then. I'm out over $30 and have nothing to show for it.
