Ordered dumbbells from Shein, never got them, and they won't help
I saw a listing on Shein.com for Persistence brand dumbbell sets. They had a 30lb set and a 45lb set for $15.26 each. I bought both of them. I never received either package.
When I contacted Shein, they said the tracking showed delivered so they couldn't do anything. I had to go to the post office myself to check. They told me the packages were delivered to two completely wrong addresses. The labels had my name but these other addresses. I shared all that proof with Shein customer service.
Their stance stayed the same. They just wouldn't help. I even submitted something with BBB.org before but I didn't actually file a complaint then. I'm out over $30 and have nothing to show for it.
