Getting texts to pay a credit card debt I don't have

I keep getting these texts from 91651. They say I need to pay off a balance on an Aspire credit card from the Bank of Missouri. It shows an amount and gives payment options. The message says Shepherd Outsourcing is a debt collector and has a license number 10916-99.

I don't have this credit card. I never signed up for it. The texts just come out of nowhere telling me to pay. It feels off getting messages about a debt that isn't mine.

Got a text about a Fortiva credit card debt I don't recognize

I got a text message from Shepherd Outsourcing. It says it's about a Fortiva credit card from The Bank of Missouri. They say the current creditor is Jefferson Capital Systems LLC.

I don't know anything about this account. The text had a link to a portal and a phone number, 888-991-5696. It says it's an attempt to collect a debt. I never signed up for messages from them. It just feels off to get a text like this out of the blue for something I don't owe.
