Ordered a purse from a Facebook ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for a cute fluffy pink purse. It looked just like a Kurt Geiger bag, same symbol and everything. So I made a purchase online through the ad.

My order was made on February 15th. I tried to email them at [email protected] and got no response at all. I emailed again today and now it says the email address can’t even be found.

They never delivered anything to me. They never responded or reached out. I checked my bank statement and I can’t even find the payment, but I know the money came out. It was $39. Nothing ever showed up.
