They took money out of my account for a home warranty I didn't ask for

Someone called me about a home warranty and I guess I said okay or something because they took $199 out of my account. It happened two days in a row. I didn't sign anything or agree to this.

The company is called Shield Pro Home Warranty. Their website is shieldprohomewarranty.com and their address is 1041 E. Lincolnway Unit 740 in Cheyenne Wyoming. They have a phone number too, (855) 588-6287. I lost $398 total.

I didn't authorize them to take money from my account like that. It was just a phone call and then the money was gone.
