Someone called about a work from home job and asked for my license and bank info

They called me about a work from home job. Sounded legit at first. They asked me to send a copy of my Drivers License and my banking info so they could set up payment. I also filled out a W-4 form with my social security number on it.

Now I’m worried because my address was exposed too since they said it was needed for shipments. The number they called from was (859) 470-2038 and the email they used was [email protected]. They said they were based in Paris, KY. I never got any job and no money was taken but I feel like my info is out there now.
