Got enrolled in a monthly subscription after an online purchase

I made a purchase online and their service popped up as a shipping deal. Next thing I know, it enrolled me in a monthly membership and took $25.

The number on my bank statement goes to a personal phone, not the one on the website. There are three different names tied to this thing from California. Tushana, Antoinette Lyons, Raynell, Deon Robinson, Eric Raymoan Clark. All with Los Angeles addresses.

I called and the guy who answered had an Indian accent. He asked for my banking info, which I refused because he should already have it. The name he gave me was obviously fake: Stalin, Joseph. I did give him my email and got a cancellation notice, but the charge is still pending in my bank. I'm reporting it as soon as I can.
