Ordered fruit online and then the courier asked for more money for insurance

I bought some fruit from this seller and we agreed on a price and I paid it. Then the seller said they gave it to the courier service but then the courier service started asking for more money to deliver it, saying it was for insurance and they would give it back once delivered. That never happened.

The seller’s phone number was (210) 262-5433 and they were in Texas. I lost $130.00 on this. The courier company is called Shipplustrack. Never got the fruit or my money back.
