Bought something from SHOP and got no product, no contact
I bought a product through the SHOP website. The money came right out of my account, 78 dollars. I got a receipt for it.
But I never got the product. I tried every way to contact them and nothing works. The phone, the email, nothing. It's been radio silence since the day I paid. The receipt is all I have.

Ordered Christmas gifts through SHOP and lost my money
I ordered some things for Christmas through the SHOP website. I paid $74 for the order. I never got anything. No gifts, no shipping info, nothing. The money just came out of my account and that was it. I tried to find a way to contact them but there's no real customer service. The whole thing feels like a scam. I'm out the money and the presents I was supposed to give.
