Ad on shop for tools turned out to be a scam
Ended up paying $90 for what I thought was a good deal on what I needed. After I sent the money, I never got any tracking number or anything. No replies to my messages either.
The website is just gone now. I feel pretty stupid about it but I really thought since it was on shop it had to be okay. Lost my $90 and got nothing for it.
Ordered a handmade rug but the company is not what it says
I should have looked into them more because I found out after the fact that their products are actually made by machines in China. The quality is very low. Definitely not handmade and not worth the money.
Someone ordered PC protection using my email and tried my card
The company is located in Albany, NY. Good thing the charge didn't go through, but it's still annoying that my email got used like that without my permission. I didn't lose any money but I'm worried about how they got my info in the first place.
Someone charged my shop account without permission
I called the number and it just didn't make any sense. No one could really tell me what the charge was for or why it hit my account. I never gave them my information or anything. It feels like someone else got into my account and used it. I didn't authorize any of this and now I'm out the money. I just want this reversed and to know how they got my info in the first place.
Ordered two dresses and only got one color
I never got the green one, just the khaki. Emailed them at [email protected] and tried calling the number on the site, 1(580) 379-9047, but no answer.
Still haven't heard back about the missing dress or my money.
Fraud purchase on my Shop app with a number to call
I don’t know how this got on there. I just saw the charge and the message telling me to call if it wasn’t me. I called the number but it didn’t feel right. I’m not sure what to do about it.
Message about a PC plan I never ordered
The message tried to get me to call this number 1(888) 527-7789 to report fraud. But I know I didn't do this. It felt strange and I didn't call. I just want this on record. The website just says Shop and the address they list is New York, NY 10001. I didn't lose any money but this is still annoying.
Ordered a glucose monitor but got a heart monitor instead
I don't even know what to do with this thing. I just wanted the glucose monitor and they sent me the wrong item completely. It didn't make any sense when I opened the box.
I tried to look at the site again to see if maybe I clicked the wrong thing but no, I definitely ordered the glucose monitor. So now I'm out 28 bucks and stuck with a heart monitor I never wanted.
Someone placed an order on my account using my email
The address they had listed was in New York, NY 10001. I don't know how they got my login info. I just noticed it when I checked my email and saw an order confirmation for something I didn't buy.
I'm not sure what to do about it. I didn't pay anything, but I don't like that someone was in my account.
Ordered items but never got a tracking number or my stuff
Order never came and their app just keeps saying delivered
I tried emailing them but it's all automated replies. They just keep saying the package was delivered. No proof or anything. I think they might try to charge my card again. The whole shop app thing is automated too, no way to talk to a real person.
Got a fake receipt for a PlayStation 5 I never bought
As of April 21, no money has come out of my account yet. But the whole thing felt off. I never ordered anything like that. The website they mention is just called Shop. I didn't reply or call the number. Just seemed like a phishing thing.
Bought something from SHOP and got no product, no contact
But I never got the product. I tried every way to contact them and nothing works. The phone, the email, nothing. It's been radio silence since the day I paid. The receipt is all I have.
