Ordered items but never got a tracking number or my stuff
I ordered something online and paid $115. They never sent me a shipping number or anything to track it. They use Shop to communicate with me but they are telling me nothing. I still have not received my items and I have no idea where they are.

Order never came and their app just keeps saying delivered
I ordered something through this company and paid about $50. The order never got delivered. The shop app they use doesn't show any real tracking info. It just says delivered but I got nothing.
I tried emailing them but it's all automated replies. They just keep saying the package was delivered. No proof or anything. I think they might try to charge my card again. The whole shop app thing is automated too, no way to talk to a real person.

Got a fake receipt for a PlayStation 5 I never bought
Got this email on April 16, 2026 saying my order receipt shows a PlayStation 5 purchased through PayPal auto debit for $499.00. It says to call 804-710-4345 for help. The shipping address is listed with seller details as PayPal Inc. at 8875 Lakeview Dr, Albany, NY 12202.
As of April 21, no money has come out of my account yet. But the whole thing felt off. I never ordered anything like that. The website they mention is just called Shop. I didn't reply or call the number. Just seemed like a phishing thing.

Bought something from SHOP and got no product, no contact
I bought a product through the SHOP website. The money came right out of my account, 78 dollars. I got a receipt for it.
But I never got the product. I tried every way to contact them and nothing works. The phone, the email, nothing. It's been radio silence since the day I paid. The receipt is all I have.

Ordered Christmas gifts through SHOP and lost my money
I ordered some things for Christmas through the SHOP website. I paid $74 for the order. I never got anything. No gifts, no shipping info, nothing. The money just came out of my account and that was it. I tried to find a way to contact them but there's no real customer service. The whole thing feels like a scam. I'm out the money and the presents I was supposed to give.
