Signed up for order tracking and started getting diet pills I didn't order

I signed up with this site that helps track online orders called SHOP. I think they gave my info to JB Vatality or whoever because then I started getting diet medication in the mail that I never asked for. I didn't even realize I was being charged for it for a while.

It took me about two months to figure out where this scam was coming from. I was trying to guess how they got my new credit card number and then it hit me that I updated my card info on the Shop app. So I closed my account with Shop tonight. I just want other people to be warned and maybe someone can look into what SHOP is doing.
