Text saying my Norton order was out for delivery but I never bought it

I got a message saying my Norton Life Lock 360 was out for delivery. I never even ordered this. The message told me to call (804) 713-6204 if I didn't purchase it. I don't know how they got my number or why they'd send this. It didn't make any sense. I didn't lose any money because I didn't call or click anything. Just a weird text out of nowhere.
