Ordered once but can't cancel the recurring charge from Shop-Zivara

I bought something from Shop-Zivara. I knew there was a recurring charge and I figured I'd just cancel it if I didn't like it. So I tried to cancel before the next autoship but I couldn't.

You order once and then you can't edit or remove your credit card info. They just keep making a new order. There's nothing you can do to stop it or change anything.
