Bought a cloud couch on TikTok and never got it

I saw an ad on TikTok for cheap cloud couches from shopatraven.com. So I ordered one and paid. That was almost a month ago and nothing has showed up. No shipping info or anything.

I checked my credit card transactions and the charge came from some site called blastupskinrenew.com, not the couch place. That’s weird. Now I see another charge on my card I don’t recognize from some mobile payment thing. So I guess I got scammed out of about 23 bucks. Their email is [email protected].

Ordered a boneless couch from a TikTok ad and now nothing works

I saw an ad on TikTok for a boneless couch and it was on sale for $9. The brand was Raven. It looked legit so I checked the URL and everything seemed fine. I ordered through their website shopatraven.com and got a confirmation right away.

They gave me a tracking number and sent me to https://tracking.thesupportcare.com. It updated every 48 hours. The last two updates said nobody was home for the first delivery but I was home all day. Then the next update said the delivery truck broke down and they would try again the next day.

Now the original site won't load at all. I paid $17.98. I saw on TikTok that hundreds of other people bought from Raven too and they all got the same kind of tracking updates.

Ordered a Bluetooth speaker from TikTok and never got it

I saw this wireless Bluetooth speaker on TikTok and decided to order it from Shopatraven.com. It was $37.99. I never got the thing.

I sent them multiple emails to [email protected] and all I got was a fake delivery tracking number that didn't go anywhere. No speaker ever showed up. They just kept saying it was on the way but it wasn't.

Ordered a couch from TikTok and never got it

I ordered a boneless couch from a TikTok ad. The website was Shopatraven.com and I paid $17.98. That was a while ago now and I never received anything. No couch, no tracking number, nothing.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The site is still up I think but I just want my money back. I feel stupid for falling for it but it looked legit on TikTok.

TikTok ad for a portable TV that never came

I saw this video on TikTok about a 4K portable TV and I should have known it was too good to be true. It looked nice in the video so I ordered it. That was weeks ago and I still have nothing. The delivery updates keep saying stuff like "delayed" and "driver broke down" and "wrong access code" – we don't even have an access code here. So the item isn't coming and they already took my money.

I also noticed a random charge on my credit card for 69.99 that I didn't do. I have a feeling it could have been them too. Their website was pay.shopatraven.com and they emailed me from [email protected]. I'm out almost 38 bucks for nothing and now this extra charge.

Saw a TikTok ad for a game and paid $35 but nothing came

I saw an ad on TikTok for something called AYN Thor back in June. It looked cool so I paid $35 for it on June 3rd. The website was ShopatRaven.com.

It has been months now and I still haven't seen anything. The shipping just kept going and going. Now when I try to check the website it's just gone. Not available anymore. So I have no way to track it or ask where it is. Pretty sure I just lost my money.
