Dog collagen made my pet sick and they charged me again

I bought a bottle of dog collagen for $32.98 to help with my dog's ear and skin scratching. I made sure I did not sign up for any subscription or auto-ship thing. But the product actually made my dog sick instead of helping.

Then yesterday another bottle just showed up at my door and they charged me again for $32.00. I never asked for another one. I don't know what to do about this.
