Signed up once and now they keep charging me
There is no contact info anywhere on their site. I looked. I tried to find a phone number or an email to get them to stop and there's just nothing. They took the money and I can't even reach anyone to cancel this thing. Their address says 415 S. 7th avenue, La Puente, CA 91746 but that doesn't help me get my money back.
I just want them to stop charging me. I didn't want the subscription and now I'm stuck with this charge and no way to fix it.
Ordered pet collagen and now they won't answer emails
Their website says 60 day money back guarantee no questions asked and they say they respond to emails within 12 hours at [email protected]. So I emailed them on June 1st, then June 9th, then June 14th. Nothing. No reply at all. My order confirmation for #160920 for $32.98 came from [email protected]. There is no address or phone number anywhere on their site. I think this is just a scam.
Bought something from shophealthypetz and never got it
The tracking updates were weird. It said the package was going all over the country but never to my address. It’s been weeks. I think it’s an overseas company because no way something shipped from the US takes that long.
Their address is in Elk Grove Village, IL but I don’t believe it. This company is a fraud.
