Ordered pet collagen but never got it and they charged me again

I placed an order for that collagen stuff for my dog, the one with good reviews. It said it was delivered but nothing showed up. I checked everywhere.

They only have an email for support so I sent one on June 4 and another on June 10 2026. No reply at all. Then I saw a second charge on my card from Healthy Petz for some subscription. I never signed up for any subscription. So now I’m out almost 39 bucks and no product.
