Balloon arch ad on Pinterest led to a fake website and lost money

I was looking on Pinterest or Etsy for a balloon arch and saw an ad. Clicked it and ended up on their website, shophiha.HK. It looked fine so I ordered something.

Paid $45.96. Never got anything. No tracking number, no reply to my emails to [email protected]. The site is still up but I can’t get my money back.

Felt strange right after I paid, but I figured I’d wait. Nothing came. No company name on the ad either, just the website.
