Ordered a balloon arch kit in May and still nothing
The items showed as shipped, so I emailed them at [email protected] to ask where my order was. They replied saying the logistics info shows my package was delivered and I should check express lockers or collection points near my home. Then they told me to contact the post office to find out where it would be delivered.
The thing is, the tracking number they sent me before had no courier listed on it at all. So I have no idea who was even supposed to deliver this. I just want my order or my money back.
Ordered event supplies weeks ago and nothing showed up
Well to this date nothing has arrived. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and they just refuse to take any responsibility for the missing items. They won't do anything about it.
I lost $56.78 on this. Just want people to know.
