Ordered a couch a month ago and it never showed up

I ordered a couch off their website a month ago and it never arrived. I paid about 32 dollars for it. At first they sent me tracking updates but they were phony like delivery truck broke down or delivery rescheduled.

Now they are no longer responding to my customer service emails. I tried emailing [email protected] and nothing. The website is shophooma.com. I just want the couch or my money back but I can’t get ahold of anyone.
