Ordered Easter eggs that never came, website still up

I placed an order for pre-filled Easter eggs from shophoppi.com about three weeks before the holiday. They guaranteed delivery by Easter. The holiday came and went and I never got my order.

I tried to contact them many times, using the only contact method they have on their website. I never got any reply. I started looking into it more online and it looks like I'm not the only one this happened to.

It's been weeks now and their website is still up and running. I was charged $50 for an order I never received.
