Order confirmation for something I never bought
It's just confusing because it keeps showing up. I have two real orders from a different vendor I actually bought from, and once those get delivered I'm planning to delete my Shopify account altogether. The email has a support number and some weird contact email, but I'm not about to call them for something I didn't buy. Just want it to stop.
Fake Shopify receipt for a Google gift card
The email said it was from Shopify but the address listed was in NY, USA. It just felt off. I didn't call the number because I didn't want to get into something weird. I just wanted to report it because it's confusing and I'm not sure what the deal is. No money lost or anything, just this strange receipt showing up out of nowhere.

The shipping address wasn't mine at all. It had some guy named Owen Nolan listed as the recipient but that's not me and I don't know who that is. The whole thing just doesn't make sense. I didn't lose any money over it but I wanted to flag it because it seems like phishing or something.
Order stuck since June with the same copy paste email
I keep emailing them at [email protected] and every single time I get the exact same response word for word. It always starts with "we are pleased to share good news with you yesterday" which doesn't even make sense at this point. It's like they're not even reading what I'm asking.
The website is through Shopify but I can't get any real answers. Just the same copy paste message over and over. Still no package.

Fake order from “My Store” on Shopify for $339.96
The email they sent had my real email on it, which was weird. There was also a phone number on there, (888) 842-1950, and it listed an address in Albany, NY. I didn’t lose any money since I didn’t pay, but it’s still annoying getting these bogus invoices.
I don’t know how they got my info or why they used Shopify for this. Just wanted to report it so maybe someone looks into it.
Receipt for a PC plan I never bought
The invoice had a bunch of numbers on it. The shipping address was weird too, it said Owen Nolan but then the address part was "2856 If You Didn't Place This Order Call us at 1-888-842-1950". That's not my name or my address. The email it came from was [email protected] which I don't recognize. I tried calling that number but I'm not sure what to even say. I didn't lose any money but this whole thing is strange.
Email saying I spent $339 on something I never bought
The email had a phone number in it, (888) 690-3420, which I’m not about to call. It just seems off. I went ahead and reported it to Shopify directly because I’m not dealing with that weird number.
I just want it on record that I didn’t make that order and I’m watching my stuff.
Paid for something on Shopify and now I think it was a scam
Paid for headsets and never got them no reply to emails
The website was shopify and the address they gave was 54 Carroll Street in Hamilton, NJ. The email was [email protected]. I lost $74.00. They never delivered to the shipper.
I just want my money back or the headsets. It doesn't feel right that they just took my money and disappeared.
Watch purchase from fake Specht & Sohne site on Shopify
I talked to Shopify on June 1, 2026. They said they can't do anything and told me to call my credit card company. They won't take any responsibility for letting this merchant use their site. The real Specht & Sohne website even has a scam alert on it warning about fake addresses. But Shopify still lets them sell.
Ordered a bark button online and got charged extra without my permission
I contacted PayPal about it. They told me the company had also set me up for a monthly withdrawal from my account. I had to have PayPal stop that. It's been three weeks now and the tracking information still just says "not available." I never got my item. This whole thing is a scam.
Bought something from a Shopify site and got completely scammed
They gave me a tracking number but it doesn't exist. I tried to contact them through the Shopify account, but that account doesn't exist either. Customer service just says you're in line for a response and then never writes back. I'm never using Shopify again.
