Ordered toothpaste and now the order link is dead

I ordered this toothpaste on May 25th. It’s now June 10th and I have not received any shipping info. When I click on my order to view, it takes me to a dead link. 404 page not found.

I’ve emailed them countless times asking about my order, and no response. The email they used was [email protected]. The website is Instagram. I lost $30 on this. Just want my money back or the toothpaste.
