Ordered from Instagram and got fake tracking

I ordered an item I saw on Instagram. The invoice looked normal at first and then I got tracking info too. But nothing ever showed up.

I tried contacting customer service and got no response at all. The email on the invoice was [email protected]. I lost $69.99 on this.

Now I'm just stuck with a fake invoice and a tracking number that doesn't go anywhere.

Receipt from a store I never ordered from

I got an email from Shopify.com about an order I supposedly placed. I didn’t order anything. They sent me a receipt and it’s from some store on their site that looks fake.

The email came from [email protected] and the phone number on it was (888) 527-7789. I never went to that store or bought anything. I don’t know how they got my info.

I attached the receipt to show them but I haven’t heard anything back. Just weird. I didn’t lose any money but still, it’s annoying to get a receipt for something I didn’t do.

Ordered polos from a Shopify ad but never got them

I saw an ad for some nice quality polos, and purchased said goods via Shopify on May 11th, 2026. Shipping was estimated 7-14 days, and I still have yet to receive anything. I tried reaching out to their support email, and it says the address is not found. Order number ****.

It’s been way past that timeline now. I just want my money back or the shirts. I spent $67.81 on this.
