Ordered polos from a Shopify ad but never got them

I saw an ad for some nice quality polos, and purchased said goods via Shopify on May 11th, 2026. Shipping was estimated 7-14 days, and I still have yet to receive anything. I tried reaching out to their support email, and it says the address is not found. Order number ****.

It’s been way past that timeline now. I just want my money back or the shirts. I spent $67.81 on this.
