Returned poor quality clothes and got offered a $25 gift card

I ordered from shopmicas.com and the clothes were just terrible quality. So I tried to return them, I spent about $200 on everything. Their return policy says send it back in original packaging so I did that, even paid for shipping myself which was extra.

Then they told me the items weren't in the original packaging. Which is not true. I sent everything the way they said. Instead of a refund they offered me a $25 gift card. So I spent $15 to ship back $200 worth of junk and now I have nothing. No money, no clothes. This just doesn't seem right at all. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
