Ordered and paid for a product but they stopped answering me
On May 28th they sent me an email saying sorry for the delay because of high demand and said my order would be processed and shipped within the week. That was the last I heard from them. No more emails about delays or tracking or anything. So on June 21st I replied to that email and told them this is completely unacceptable and if I didn't get a shipping confirmation with a valid tracking number by the end of the next business day I would report them to the FTC and BBB. No response.
Two days later I went on their website and filled out the customer support form and said basically the same thing. I even put my order number and screenshots on both the email and the form. Still no response. It's been a month now.
