They keep charging me after I cancelled my subscription.

I got a text from shopremi.com about some subscription. I didn't want it so I cancelled the whole thing. But they took $100 from my account anyway. Now they're trying to send me another order, which I never asked for. I cancelled it and they just keep going. It doesn't make any sense.
