Order updates stopped and no refund after I cancelled
On March 4, 2026, I asked for a status update. No response. I followed up again on March 7th. Then on March 16th I finally got an email saying the order was still within their standard delivery of 12 weeks. A week later, March 23rd, they emailed me saying the order was running behind schedule.
I cancelled on March 24, 2026, and they told me I would get a full refund in 3-5 business days. That was $1,799.10. It's now September 21, 2026, and I have received NOTHING. I've tried reaching them at (651) 571-8246 and [email protected] but nothing ever comes back.

Ordered a Siluet reformer in December still nothing
Ordered a reformer, never got it, and now they won't answer
At first, they just kept emailing back about delays. But the last few emails I sent? No answer. Their phone number doesn't work anymore.
I've emailed three separate times asking for a refund. Nothing. No response at all. I had to finally file a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back.
