Ordered a reformer, never got it, and now they won't answer

I ordered a reformer from Shopsiluet.com for my wife. It cost over $2,100. We never received it.

At first, they just kept emailing back about delays. But the last few emails I sent? No answer. Their phone number doesn't work anymore.

I've emailed three separate times asking for a refund. Nothing. No response at all. I had to finally file a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back.
