Ordered from Shopsiluet and never got anything

I ordered something from Shopsiluet.com and paid $1,978.00. The product never showed up. I tried calling the phone number they had, (651) 571-8246, but it's disconnected. I've sent emails to [email protected] but nobody ever replies. The address they have listed is in Bayport, MN 55003. I just want my money back or the product I paid for.

Ordered a Siluet reformer in December still nothing

I ordered a Siluet reformer on December 1, 2025 and was promised delivery by the end of January 2026. This never happened. After numerous emails and two phone calls they have yet to deliver. After I requested a refund all communication from them stopped. Their phone number is now disconnected. Total scam. I lost $1799.99. Their email was [email protected] and the phone number was 1(651) 571-8246. The website is ShopSiluet.com.

Ordered a reformer, never got it, and now they won't answer

I ordered a reformer from Shopsiluet.com for my wife. It cost over $2,100. We never received it.

At first, they just kept emailing back about delays. But the last few emails I sent? No answer. Their phone number doesn't work anymore.

I've emailed three separate times asking for a refund. Nothing. No response at all. I had to finally file a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back.
